  After seeing the 1 star review, and reading up on BBB, i was weary of coming here. I only stopped at this lot, because i had friends tell me the 1 star was not ordinary and i should go look. i browsed and was greeted like a normal lot. i talked for a little while, looked through the inventory and left. i didnt see a car i liked, but the cars i looked at and test drove were in good condition. i didnt see a bad car there, and cant imagine them selling such bad cars. i talked to david and the other salesmen for a good while, they were straight up with me, and i left on good terms. im going back to look at a truck they have over the weekend.

  Beware! Only giving 1 star because 0 isn't an option. They sold me a truck that was unsafe to be on the road. It could have killed me the moment I got up to speed on the interstate; I just got lucky it didn't. The front axle was on the verge of being snapped because both lower control arm bushsings were bad and pittman arm was worn out; causing the truck to pull us all over the road when we got up to highway speeds. The lower ball joint was so bad, it broke while mechanic test drove it to diagnose problem the next day. The breaks were bad; had to replace calipers, pads, rotors, drums and break lines; bad transmission had to be rebuilt, etc. Our test drive didn't show the issues because we were on low-speed roads. They should have known about the multiple problems and made it safe to drive before putting it up for sale. I don't expect a used car to be perfect, but it shouldn't be a death trap either. I wish that was all, but it wasn't. I bought the 1st week of August and told them we were getting married and I was changing my name at the end of the month. Sam promised he'd get the tag issued before that, so there would be no problems. A week into September and we still hadn't heard from him, and the temp was expired. We had to call and complain to get any action; they had forgotten all about us. They mailed a new temp tag and I had to re-do all the paperwork in my married name and wait another month before the new tag finally arrived. They say their hours are 9-6, but good luck finding anyone there after 4:30pm; making it extra difficult for hard working people to go down and have face to face contact with them to work things out. They sell bad vehicles, don't keep their promises, and take no responsibility for what they've done or failed to do. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to do business here. If you do decide to buy a car from them, make sure to take it to a mechanic for an inspection before you sign any papers. If they give you any flack about it, walk away if you value your life.
